Volunteer with the La Trobe University Library Semester One!

How well do you know the La Trobe Library? Have you got stories of your experience researching, hanging out, being a library legend? Or maybe the Library is just a ball of confusion and you'd like to get to know it a bit better and help out some La Trobe newbies at the same time?

We want student volunteers ready to share and support our La Trobe Library staff with Library tours during O-week and beyond! We're looking for individuals who are ready to make a bunch of new kids feel at home, give their perspective when asked, and level up on their LTSU volunteer hours. You will be given training and will be under the supervision of Library staff. There's no doubt that this will look crakin' on your resume!

All students who register are asked to attend a compulsory induction and (FREE) lunch at the library on Wednesday 21 - 12:30pm - Seminar Room 1.34. (Bundoora Campus). After the induction, successful candidates will be scheduled on for shifts the following week for O-Week tours.

The hours that you volunteer through the La Trobe Student Union make you eligible for free training workshops, prizes and free entry to events throughout the year! Make sure you log your hours through Track it Forward!

Tick when you are available. Students may not necessarily be required for the whole duration stated below.
