Joint Presidents' Statement – Elections

Student elections are integral to the successful formation of our new organisation.

Further to the Presidents’ statement released on 28th January 2020, we would like to provide an update on elections. We are conscious that this would normally be the time that we would
be planning and announcing student elections.

Owing to legal processes, student elections will not be held at the usual time. We hope to announce student election timelines once all legal processes are formalised.

The formation of the new student organisation is a complex process and we are excited to continue our work in establishing the new organisation and will provide updates as they arise.
