Unroll your mats for a 30 minutes lunchtime yoga flow with Anita on Tuesdays & Bhakti on Thursdays
It is suitable for beginners. You will do some breathing exercises and gentle stretches to open up the shoulders and upper back that will leave you with the lovely after yoga feeling for the rest of the day.
Anita started doing yoga at the age of 17. At 19, she completed her first Yoga Teacher Training in Melbourne alongside her studies in Architecture. In 2017, she began studying with Jean Campbell with whom she has completed three consecutive years of intensive training in advanced anatomy and Yoga. She has completed an apprenticeship and an additional Level 1 (350 hrs) and Level 2 (300 hrs) Yoga Teacher Training with Jean involving an in-depth study of anatomy and Yogic philosophy. Currently, Anita teaches yoga classes in Melbourne from beginner level to advanced as well as Teen Yoga for high-school students in years 9-12.
Bhakti is French and has been practicing yoga & meditation since 2004. She completed her Yoga Teacher training in 2005 from New Zealand. She travels to India every year to practice yoga herself and has been teaching yoga for over 10 years
