LTSU Lifetime Member Dr Batool Albatat
Congratulations to Dr Batool Albatat, for being acknowledged as one of the 2021 Honorary LTSU Lifetime Members. Dr Albatat is currently a surgical resident at the Northern Hospital. She arrived with her family in Australia, seeking refuge after fleeing from war in their home country, Iraq. Dr Albatat graduated from La Trobe with a biomedical science degree, before studying medicine at the University of Melbourne. She is an esteemed Alumni of La Trobe and we are very pleased to welcome her to the LTSU.
