Terms & Conditions – LTSU Bowling Night
- Eligibility
This event is open to currently enrolled La Trobe University students only.
- Ticket Inclusions
Each $10 ticket includes entry to the event, bowling, food, and non-alcoholic drinks. Additional purchases are at the attendee’s own cost.
- No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided for change of mind, missed attendance, or other personal circumstances, except in exceptional circumstances as decided by La Trobe Student Union. However, you may transfer your ticket to another enrolled La Trobe University student by notifying us in writing before the event.
- Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. LTSU reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.
- Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken at the event and used by LTSU for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the photographer or event organiser know on the night.
- Accessibility & Dietary Requirements
Please contact us at ltsu.reception@latrobe.edu.au prior to the event if you have any accessibility needs or specific dietary requirements.
- Changes to Event
LTSU reserves the right to make changes to the event details if necessary, including date, time, venue or schedule, and will endeavour to notify ticket holders of any significant updates.
