Member Acknowledgement
If purchasing memberpriced tickets, I acknowledge that I (and/or the person I am purchasing for) am a current member of the La Trobe Student Union at the time of purchase. I understand that if I (or they) are not a member, I will be required to pay the difference for a nonmember ticket or my booking may be forfeited.
Refund Policy
I understand that a full refund is available until 16 April 2026, 11:59PM, provided La Trobe Student Union receives the request in writing at ltsu.reception@latrobe.edu.au before this deadline. No refunds will be issued after this date, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by LTSU. However, I may transfer my ticket to another enrolled La Trobe University student by notifying LTSU in writing before the event. Missing the scheduled departure time does not qualify for a refund.
Departure Time
I understand that the departure time is 10:00 AM SHARP on 23 April 2026, and that missing the bus will not entitle me to a refund.
Eligibility
This trip is open only to currently enrolled La Trobe University students. Student status will be checked at purchase, and I may be asked to provide my student ID if required.
Ticket Transfer
Tickets are nonrefundable after the refund deadline, but may be transferred to another enrolled La Trobe University student if LTSU is notified in writing before the event.
Return Time
The expected return time to campus is 3:00 PM, but this may vary due to traffic or unforeseen delays. LTSU is not responsible for missed appointments, classes, or obligations due to late return.
Behaviour
Students must behave respectfully and follow all instructions from staff and venue personnel. Anyone acting inappropriately may be removed from the event without refund.
Inclusions
Ticket includes return transport, entry to Melbourne Skydeck, access to observation experiences, and lunch. The Edge Experience is subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
Health & Safety
I will inform LTSU in advance of any medical, dietary, or accessibility needs. I understand that some experiences (e.g., The Edge) may not be suitable for all participants.
Weather
This event will proceed in most weather conditions. I am responsible for bringing appropriate clothing.
