Ticketing

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or inability to attend.
• Tickets are only transferable if you have notified us in writing prior to 23/07/2025, 11:59pm.
• You must present a valid proof of age (18+) ID at the door to gain entry.
• Tickets include venue entry, two (2) standard drinks, small bites, and DJ. Drink inclusions may be limited to selected options.
• La Trobe Student Union (LTSU) reserves the right to cancel tickets or deny entry in the event of non-compliance with these terms.

Event Entry

• This is an 18+ event. No minors will be permitted entry under any circumstances.
• Intoxicated or drug affected persons will not be permitted entry or may be removed from the event at the discretion of venue or La Trobe Student Union staff.
• Bag checks may be conducted by venue staff as a condition of entry.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who displays aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour.

Code of Conduct

• All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful, inclusive and safe manner.
• LTSU maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or antisocial behaviour.
• If you experience or witness inappropriate conduct, report it to La Trobe Student Union staff or venue security immediately.

Health and Safety

• Please follow all instructions from venue and La Trobe Student Union staff, including any health and safety measures in place at the time of the event.
• If you are feeling unwell, we strongly encourage you not to attend the event to protect the wellbeing of others.

Photography & Media

• Photographers and videographers may be present. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed, with images potentially used in La Trobe Student Union promotional material.
• If you do not wish to appear in photos, please notify the photographer or La Trobe Student Union staff on the night.

Liability

• La Trobe Student Union and the venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.
• Attendees are responsible for their own behaviour and belongings throughout the event.
• La Trobe Student Union is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of attendance at this event.
