Refund Policy
I understand that a full refund is available until Sunday 7 December 2025, 11:59PM, provided La Trobe Student Union receives the request in writing to ltsu.reception@latrobe.edu.au prior to this deadline.
No refunds will be issued after this deadline, except in exceptional circumstances as decided by La Trobe Student Union. However, you may transfer your ticket to another enrolled La Trobe University student by notifying us in writing before the event. Missing the scheduled departure time does not qualify for a refund.
Departure Time
I (person who will be attending) understand that the departure time is 12:00pm SHARP on Tuesday 09 December 2025, that missing the bus will not entitle me to a refund.
Eligibility
This trip is open only to currently enrolled La Trobe University students. Your status will be checked upon making your purchase, and you may be asked to send a copy of your student ID if we cannot confirm your student status.
Ticket Transfer
Tickets are non-refundable after Sunday 7 December18 October 2025, but you may transfer your ticket to another enrolled student if you notify us in writing.
Return Time
The scheduled return time to campus is 4:30PM, but this may vary due to traffic or other delays. LTSU is not responsible for missed appointments, connections, or obligations due to late return.
Behaviour
Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow all instructions from staff and guides. Anyone acting inappropriately may be removed from the event without refund.
Inclusions
Ticket includes return transport, guided street tour, and live artist demos.
Health & Safety
Please inform us in advance of any medical or accessibility needs.
Weather
This is an outdoor event and will go ahead rain or shine. Bring appropriate clothing.
