The Student Union and the Nursing and Midwifery Association are teaming up for Well-being Essentials, a free session designed especially for student nurses.

Hear from sleep specialist Jade Murray about sleep hygiene and pick up practical tips to help you manage study, placements and everything else life throws at you.
