A few things to keep in mind so we can help you
as quickly as possible:
- If you are using your student email address for your contact email, it ends in @students.latrobe.edu.au - please make sure you type it correctly.
- Provide as much information about your situation as you can.
We’re not part of the uni so please upload any relevant documents.
- Usually once we receive your sign up we will get back to you on the same day.
Occasionally during busy times, there might be a 1 - 2 day wait.
- Our working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm.
The uni doesn’t fund us for out of hours support. In case of emergency, call 000 or La Trobe University Crisis Line 1300 146 307 or SMS 0488 884 100. Contact the La Trobe counselling and emergency support or find more support here.
- We are independent of the uni. So anything you tell us stays with us unless we get your permission to share it.
