Member Acknowledgement
If purchasing member‑priced tickets, I acknowledge that I am a current member of the La Trobe Student Union at the time of purchase. I understand that if I am not a member, my booking may be forfeited.
Refund Policy
I understand that a full refund is available up to 7 days prior to the event, provided La Trobe Student Union receives the request in writing at hello@latrobesu.org.au before this deadline.
No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event. If I am unable to attend, I am encouraged to reallocate or transfer my ticket to another currently enrolled La Trobe University student.
Event Details
I acknowledge that the event will take place on Thursday 9 July 2026 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Glenn College Admin, Level 2, Room 201, and I am responsible for arriving on time.
Eligibility
This event is open only to currently enrolled La Trobe University students. Student status may be checked, and I may be required to present a valid student ID.
Ticket Transfer
Tickets are non‑refundable within 7 days of the event but may be transferred to another enrolled La Trobe University student. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to arrange the transfer.
Behaviour
Students must behave respectfully and follow all instructions from LTSU staff and the event facilitator. Anyone acting inappropriately may be removed from the event without refund.
Inclusions
The ticket includes:
- 🎨 Guided painting session with a professional artist
- 🍕 Pizza and refreshments
- 🍹 Mocktail beverages
Health & Safety
I will inform LTSU in advance of any medical, dietary, or accessibility needs. I acknowledge that this is a hands‑on activity and will follow all safety instructions provided during the session.
General
LTSU reserves the right to make changes to the event if required. In the case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or alternative.
