Member Acknowledgement
If purchasing member‑priced tickets, I acknowledge that I am a current member of the La Trobe Student Union at the time of purchase. I understand that if I am not a member, my booking may be forfeited.
Refund Policy
I understand that a full refund is available until the 10th July at 11:59 PM, provided La Trobe Student Union receives the request in writing at hello@latrobesu.org.au before this deadline.
No refunds will be issued after this date, except in exceptional circumstances as determined by LTSU. However, I may transfer my ticket to another currently enrolled La Trobe University student by notifying LTSU in writing before the event. Missing the scheduled departure time does not qualify for a refund.
Departure Time
I understand that the bus will depart at 9:00 AM SHARP on Friday 17 July 2026, and that missing the bus will result in forfeiture of my ticket without refund.
Eligibility
This trip is open only to currently enrolled La Trobe University students. Student status will be checked at purchase, and I may be asked to present a valid student ID.
Ticket Transfer
Tickets are non‑refundable after the refund deadline but may be transferred to another enrolled La Trobe University student if LTSU is notified in writing at least 24 hours prior to departure. You must provide us with their full name and student number.
Return Time
The bus will depart Sovereign Hill at 5:00 PM, with an expected return to campus later in the evening. Return time may vary depending on traffic or unforeseen delays. LTSU is not responsible for missed appointments, classes, or other obligations due to late return.
Behaviour
Students must behave respectfully and follow all instructions from LTSU staff and venue personnel. Anyone acting inappropriately may be removed from the trip without refund.

- Return transport to and from Sovereign Hill
- Entry to Sovereign Hill
Health & Safety
I will inform LTSU in advance of any medical, dietary, or accessibility needs. I acknowledge that this is a full‑day outdoor experience and may involve walking and uneven surfaces.
Weather
This event will proceed in most weather conditions. I am responsible for bringing appropriate clothing and preparing for outdoor conditions.
